Raw Honey is not a guild of apiarists. We are Andrea Brett (on ukulele and voice), Claire McGillivray (on guitar, fiddle, percussion and voice), Dalit Holzman (on bass and voice), Jacinda Oldale (on percussion and voice) and Natalie Pitt (on drums, percussion and voice).
Raw Honey’s signature folk-soul sound blends mesmerizing harmonies with graceful musicianship to create gritty sweet music medicine. With original songs that speak to the joy and struggle of the human experience, this music points to what lives beneath the surface in all of us.
Formed by five women who met in various choirs in Vancouver, BC, Raw Honey has been creating music together since 2018. Taking inspiration from personal and shared experiences, Raw Honey transfixes audiences with catchy melodies, poetic lyrics, and a lush vocal sound that only comes from five voices in harmony.
